Shipping Policy

We use US Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail or FedEx Ground services depending on the size of the order. The United States Postal Service (USPS) reports that as of January 2018, it takes an average of one to three days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail likewise takes one to three days. FedEx Ground is up to five business days.  Please note, all shipping estimates are stated in “business days.” Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Also, for standard shipping these times may vary by several days and should not be relied upon for shipments that MUST arrive by a certain date. Delivery times are not guaranteed for Standard Shipping. For time critical shipments we recommend using Fedex Overnight, or 2nd Day Air. Contact us for a shipping quote to your location. 

We use an automated shipping system and request USPS or FedEx tracking as a service when we ship. Our automated system will generate an email upon the creation of your shipping label that includes your tracking information. 

You can easily calculate the shipping on your order by adding your desired product(s) to the shopping cart and entering your zip code to get a shipping quote. 

Prepaid orders placed by 2PM Mountain Time (Boise) will typically be shipped that same day. Otherwise, your databot will ship the following day. How Can I Get Free Shipping?! We recommend you check our resellers or your sales representative for special offers including discounts and free shipping. 

Yes, we have local distribution and shipping in India as well as in the United States. From our US warehouse we are able to ship to most countries worldwide using USPS or Federal Express. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside of the country so we can check on shipping costs and regulations. Not all methods are available to all countries. All shipping estimates are stated in “business days.” Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We can offer only approximate shipping times as there may be  unavoidable delays such as weather or customs clearance. International delivery times are not guaranteed. 

While aRbotics LLC does everything possible to ensure your package moves smoothly through customs, international orders may be subject to taxes, duties or other charges levied by the country where the package is being received. Any such charges are outside of our control or ability to predict. Any taxes or duties, if imposed, are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery. Be sure to check your country’s import restrictions to ensure the items you are purchasing can be imported. Contact your local Customs Office for more information. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-delivery due to factors outside of our control. This includes your country’s import restrictions or other regulations; unwillingness on the part of the customer to pay duties or fees; and errors in address provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may be charged return shipping and re-shipping fees. This includes orders that originally qualified for discounted shipping. If the customer gives an incorrect address, they will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. 

Warranty and Returns

databot is fully guaranteed to satisfy your need for hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math excitement! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to explain the problem and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product. All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all accessories.  You will receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned product.

databot provides a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all databot hardware and accessories. If you have what you feel is a defective databot or accessory simply use our contact form to submit your inquiry and we will happily work through any issues you may be having. Obviously, if your databot has been treated poorly or used in ways that were not intended, this may void your warranty. Regardless, please contact us and let us know the issue. We want your databot experience to be nothing short of sublime! 

Privacy and Tax

aRbotics LLC collects information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number only for the purpose of processing an order or communicating with our customers regarding their order or general company communications, updates, and promotions. We consider any information we collect to be private, and do not divulge this information to any other party unless expressly needed to process your order. 

aRbotics LLC is required to collect sales tax in the State of Idaho unless you are a tax exempt organization. Use our contact form to contact us and provide your tax exemption documents.
